Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions – New Boulder Program

The program, to be held in Turin – Italy from July 22 to August 2, is designed for microfinance managers and other financial inclusion professionals who are seeking effective strategies to digitize their institution or institutions they support. Potential risks, challenges, and opportunities that these new technologies present will be analyzed.

The two-week Digital Transformation immersion program creates the space for participants to deeply reflect on how to define a digital transformation strategy, considerations and practices in product design and development, as well as change management required to undergo such a strategically important venture.

The new Digital Transformation of Microfinance Institutions program will be held alongside the 25th Anniversary Boulder MFT in English (here more info on the course to be held by Aldo Moauro, Executive Director of MFR),  and 5th Annual Rural and Agricultural Finance Program (RAFP). These three programs will bring together over 180 participants from over 60 countries representing MFIs, Commercial Banks, Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Donor Agencies, Investors.
