MFR Regional Manager for Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus Farida Abdulhafizova will participate in the 6th AMFA Investor’s Fair, the 4th of October in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Farida will participate in the panel discussion on “Risk Management Perspectives in the Digital Era“. Digitalization has already transformed industries such as media, transportation, and retail and is now sweeping through financial institutions. But when it comes to a financial institution’s risk function, unique challenges and opportunities accompany digitization. This plenary session will give an insight and would share real practical examples of successful organizations in the financial sector and help to keep pace with change.
AMFA’s 6th Investors’ Fair is one of the most significant events in the microfinance sector in Azerbaijan. The Fair will bring together the representatives of governmental bodies, international and local investors, non-bank credit organizations, banks, leasing companies, and providers of services to microfinance institutions.
This year, the theme is “Microfinance at the Crossroad: Sustainable Development in the Digital Era.”
